BLACKSOULTAN'S HOMEPAGE

Hello everyone, Peace and God Bless. Welcome to the homepage of BlackSoultan Ad Infinitum. The music you are hearing is "No One (But Me) (c)2004 and was mixed by Zoltan Johnson, produced by Dreddy Starr. This track will be featured on the HBCU Network mixtape and on my album, "The Demonstration" to be independently released this year.

This is my time to let you know me...or at least what I want you to know.

I am a twenty seven year old Morehouse College Honor's graduate with a Degree in Sociology (or as my man Rare Essence calls it, "that Black stuff"). I have done many things at Morehouse such as acting, writing for the school paper, getting involved in stepshows, street dance shows, freestyle sessions and poetry readings.

I also have obtained my J.D. from the University of Southern California. I went through a lot to get that degree, and went through a lot on the side during my years in L.A. from stress to shots at stardom and wondering: from this point, where stands the future? Somehow, I know I will end up where God has intended for me to be.

I shall take this moment to say something about the HBCU experience: there is none other like it in the world. Morehouse and the Atlanta University Center were the best place for me to have ever been, and I am going to miss it dearly. I go on the record whenever I can saying that Morehouse, along with many other prominent HBCU'S, is capable and in fact one of the best channels through which Black people worldwide can find their way into their dreams. Anyone who underestimates the potential of an HBCU most likely has never attended one.

Enough of the ill yearbook bio, lets answer the question, who am I? I hail originally from San Francisco (Go Niners) but I moved to the Bahamas home when I was ten (Carribean Massive nuff respect!)

I have been to school in San Francisco, Pottstown, Pa; Annapolis MD, and Atlanta Ga (all before I turned seventeen!). No I am not an army brat. No I am not a troubled child. Hey, I just get bored easily, but now it has resulted in me having been "well exposed"; whatever that means.

Like I alluded to before, I love to dance, been pop-lockin' since I was two, and still kick that chickenhead and clown walk every now and then. I love to write lyrics and poetry, and live for the moments when I can perform them live on stage. I live for the mic. Aside from what I reveal through those words, I don't usually let people get to know too much about me. But for y'all, I'll make an exception; here's my own profile:-

Now, here is where I had posted a topic people find interesting: What type of girls I like. There's no longer a need for that, because I am officially OFF THE MARKET. I found the perfect girl. She's my angel and my heart. Therefore, there is no need for me to get 200 pieces of fan mail a day. It's just not right.

Janet? It's real, but just go back to Jermaine Dupri. He still thinks that song was about him; it's best not to upset him. Stop throwin' those Damito Jo's all in my face. It's not worth it!...

By the way, if you would like to see what happens when my emotions run wild, (and they have been running wild as of late...they always are) then you can visit my poetry page. On this page, I will put five poems from my collection, and they may change. I tend to be a tad on the strange side (as my poetry will let you know) because my moods change every so often, So if you see poems like "Can I still Love You" paired up with "Lucky Bastard", well that's just my mind....

THOUGHT FOR
THE MOMENT:
If life constantly tells you that"...only when hell
freezes over will you succeed", freeze hell over,
then go on about the business of succeeding.
